Piers Stradling is Director, Trust Services of Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Cayman) Limited, based in George Town, Grand Cayman. He guides clients and their advisors in establishing tailored personal and corporate trust structures to ensure they achieve their financial and estate planning goals.
A graduate of Reading University, England in 1989 with a Bachelor of Laws, Piers is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Council Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (Cayman Branch). Piers is currently working towards his MBA, specializing in Finance through Manchester Business School. He is also fluent in French and has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
He joined Royal Bank of Canada’s Isle of Man office in 1990 and soon moved on to the Global Private Banking office in Guernsey. Here he administered a range of complex international trust structures for clients in multiple jurisdictions. In 1997 he was appointed Senior Trust Officer and transferred to Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd. Development of broader trust, corporate and investment management business became part of Piers’ role as Manager, Trust Services in 1999. His responsibilities included the vetting, pricing and placement of new business for the Cayman trust company and other sister Caribbean units.
After a two year period at another trust company, Piers returned in 2003 to take up his present position as Director, Trust Services with Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd. He focuses particularly on the use of Cayman trust products and laws in structuring solutions for multi-jurisdictional clients.

Brian Taylor is Director, Trust Services of Royal Bank of Canada Trust Company (Cayman) Limited. He is responsible for international trust service business in a combined business development and management capacity. He leads a team of trust professionals who administer a diverse portfolio of complex trust arrangements for high-net-worth clients.
Mr. Taylor has been active in the field of international trusts for 24 years, working in many of the world’s major financial centres. He joined RBC Financial Group 22 years ago, and has held positions in many of RBC’s international offices, including those in Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Bermuda, where he was the Managing Director. He and his administrative team work closely with clients and their professional advisors as well as RBC Global Private Banking specialists to develop, facilitate and support the implementation of effective international and domestic trust structures to meet a variety of specific needs.
Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of London. He is also an accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
